As COO, I led the operational teams within Greenhouse, totaling over 450 FTEs. Our goal was to deliver top performance for our clients with efficient teams and satisfied employees.

After the success at Greenhouse Smart, I took the lead of all commercial teams at Greenhouse. My main objective was to implement Smart's methodologies. My task was to increase efficiency and effectiveness within Greenhouse as a whole while maintaining customer satisfaction.

As Managing Director at Greenhouse Smart, I led a small but enthusiastic group with the goal of developing an innovative working methodology that would become the standard for the entire Greenhouse. The focus was on automation and AI. Over three years, the team grew from 6 to 35 FTEs.

As lead of the Accounts & Strategy team, we transformed client visions into effective online marketing campaigns for brands such as DELA and Volkswagen. As a Digital Strategist, I focused on the efficient allocation of marketing budgets. I aimed to create an enthusiastic and innovative working environment, contributing to our mission of turning our clients into true fans. Our team consisted of 20 FTEs.

After the acquisition of Greenhouse by GroupM, I temporarily took on the role of Head of SEA, in addition to my position as Head of Accounts & Strategy. I focused on restructuring the team, improving internal processes, and automating routine tasks by implementing a custom-made SEA optimization tool. The SEA team consisted of 8 FTEs.

As the person ultimately responsible for Web Analytics and CRO, I led a team of 3 FTEs. We implemented analytics packages and established KPIs to guide and optimize online campaigns for clients such as CZ and Scapino. Additionally, we improved content and conversions through CRO, user research, and the application of persuasion techniques for clients like DELA and Macintosh Retail Group.

At the growing online marketing agency Fresh Fruit, part of Greenhouse, I started as an SEA marketer, expanded my responsibilities to include the implementation of RTB platforms, and managed Facebook Advertising campaigns for top clients such as Kodak and V&D.

Driven by a passion for the internet, I dedicated my student years to developing websites and understanding online consumer behavior, which resulted in a successful affiliate marketing business focused on generating high-quality leads.
