Provide field-based and customer-facing Oncology and Hematology reimbursement support, patient access, specialty pharmacy support, and patient affordability services for 23 Oncology and Hematology Orals and IV injections.Facilitate Payer reimbursement, both public and private, patient access, ensuring patient access to Novartis Oncology (Oral and IV ) products. Monitor and evaluate changing market dynamics as they affect patient access to Novartis Oncology products. Communicate with and advise internal customers, Product management, Area Sales Managers, Oncology Sales Specialists, Regional Account Managers on appropriate regional and national issues, and recommend strategy and tactics to alleviate such issues.

Liaison between Healthcare Providers and company assistance hubs. Assist patients by removing Financial Toxicity, providing reimbursement support for high touch, high cost, more complicated reimbursed medicines. Prevent Health Care Provider and Patient frustration accessing oral medications.
