A qualified pensions actuary with almost 20 years of experience advising Trustees and companies on how to manage their pension liabilities.As well as advising companies and trustees, my role includes:- Coordinating the work that XPS carry out for insurance companies, including administration, pricing, longevity insights and residual risk due diligence.- Carrying out a range of work with financial institutions, ensuring the capital implications of any actions are well-understood.- Leading our member options team, with the aim of increasing engagement amongst scheme membership to ensure individuals make informed decisions.- Office Head for our XPS Leeds office of around 150 colleagues covering administration, actuarial, investment, governance, defined contribution and more.
