Responsible for providing leadership and support to the Product Management Team. This area included the product portfolios of AC power (uninterruptable power supplies, transient voltage surge suppression, automatic transfer switches, and static switches), DC power systems, precision air conditioning, integrated racks and data centre infrastructure management systems.The role encompassed all facets of product management with key areas being, new product introduction, price book management, product configurations, competitor analysis and keeping abreast with market activity.Additionally high level involvement in the design and recommendation of data centre solutions both product based and turn-key solution based.

Responsible for leading a team of professionally qualified sales engineers whose objectives were to Identify and capture new business opportunities, develop and maintain customer relationships whilst achieving sales targets. During this time I lead the team to achieve revenue growth of over 70%, covering the following product areas: uninterruptible power supplies, static switches, automatic transfer switches, diesel generators, transient voltage surge suppression, precision air conditioning and turn-key solutions of these products.

Responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships with contractors, consulting engineers and end users whilst achieving sales targets. Responsible for preparing tenders, quoting, and system design and project management for the following products: uninterruptible power supplies, static switches, diesel generators, and transient voltage surge suppression equipment.

Responsible for the selling, design, installation, programming, commissioning and management of various systems to meet customer requirements. These systems included building management systems, home automation systems, security systems and audio visual systems, both multi-room audio and home theatres.

Initially employed as a cadet engineer and promoted to the role of NSW Co-ordinator for Clipsal’s energy management system C-Bus.Responsible for the selling, design, installation, programming, commissioning and management of Clipsal’s C-Bus system; a high light being the implementation at Stadium Australia and the street lighting at Homebush Bay Olympic site.
