Confident, Energetic, Innovative & Driven. I am a career banker who loves nothing more than finding the perfect match between Capital and Clients. This passion has led me to the ideology that the customer’s best interests are central to every decision I make as a banker. I am a results driven banker and find nothing more satisfying than seeing the final result whether that is the completion of a project or the long term success of a trading business. This attitude has meant I have developed client based relationships which have followed me during my career for over a decade. My particular passion is Property Finance. I have a wide variety of experience in Property Valuation, Property Finance, Property Development, Mezzanine Debt and Equity. My eclectic range of skills gives me a strong understanding of finance fundamentals including property valuation, property development and Investment, cash flow analysis and finance structures. My philosophy is simple, good customers create good business oppurtunities. I take the time to find the right customers then work closely with them to ensure that the funding I provide will ensure their business objectives are met. When I am not at work I like to spend time with my wife and two kids. I still find time to indulge in a few things such as Film and Basketball, the latter is getting harder every year. If you enjoy a good comedy come and watch me each Monday as I try to keep up with the 20 year old kids on the basketball court. My wife said it was the best laugh she has had in a long time.
