Global Life Safety Manager
CurrentThe Global Life Safety Manager is a key member of the Global Workplace Health & Safety team with management responsibility for development and implementation of the Life Safety procedures globally across Accenture markets. The Global Life Safety Manager plays a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing emergency response strategies on a global scale. Key responsibilities include: -Develop and Implement Emergency Response Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust emergency response strategies tailored to different regions and organizational needs. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Manage and monitor compliance of life safety standards, procedures, systems and materials. Develop best practice global life safety systems and procedures to protect Accenture people across the world, accounting for potential regional variations in legislation and approach.Assessing and enhancing the Accenture’s emergency preparedness capabilities globally.Identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and gaps in current emergency response plans and develop strategies to address them.Designing and delivering training programs to educate employees at all levels on emergency response protocols, procedures, and best practices.Working with Global Assistance and Protection team to coordinate regular drills and audits in offices. Providing guidance and support to regional teams to ensure a timely and coordinated response.Conducting post-drill and/or incident reviews and analysis to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, risk management, facilities management, and security teams, to align emergency response strategies with broader organizational objectives and priorities.
