I decided to work independently and ensure my own success through a growing personal training group fitness venture. I work with clients providing for their personal training and group fitness needs, these include strength training, conditioning, weight loss, and cardiovascular endurance. I currently have 8 regular clients and 4 group fitness classes, totaling 10 plus sessions for a two week period.
