Strategy and Planning:• Lead AOP preparation: This includes setting strategic marketing goals, developing action plans, and allocating resources.• Develop and present marketing strategies to senior management. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.II. Channel Management and Execution:• Set and monitor monthly marketing targets for each channel (SEM/SEO, Display, Content, Social Media).• Lead and manage a team of 8 digital marketing specialists. Assigns tasks, delegates responsibilities, and provides feedback.• Motivates and empowers team members to achieve their goals. Fosters a collaborative and positive work environment.• Tracks and monitors expenses to ensure they stay within budget. Provides regular budget reports to stakeholders• Collaborate with ORM team to address patient issues and manage online reputation.III. Communication and Collaboration:• Do daily morning calls with CEO, CFO, IT, medical team, brand team, call center to discuss targets, strategies, and progress.• Maintain regular communication with MD and CEO on strategy and progress.IV. Performance and Optimization:• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance across all channels.• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimization strategies.• Track and report on return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.V. Additional Responsibilities:• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.• Identify and implement new marketing tools and platforms.• Contribute to the development and execution of other marketing initiatives.
