QAQC Inspector (Structural and Architectural )September 11, 2014 up to September 01, 2015Me’Aisem City Centre, IMPZ, DubaiBrookfield Multiplex Construction, LLC Job Responsibilities:• Implement, monitor and document the QA/QC activities as per the established Inspections and Test Plans and Quality Control procedure• Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activities are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.• Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site in-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including closure of Non-Compliance Report.• Report to the QA/QC Manager, control and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS.• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents. Responsible for closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.• Responsible in the quality and workmanship of every activities, knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.• Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.• Liaise with the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant

Job Responsibilities:• Responsible for preparation of fabrication shop drawing for pre-casts based on architectural plan specification• Shall assist the Project Manager / Project Engineer and coordinate with other Members to make sure that all details / specifications are understood and met.• Shall entertain and answer the questions of Fabrication Members for the matters and information regarding the precast design which are not clear to them• Check manpower for daily activities and report to jobsite office.• Gives instruction to fabrication foreman / leadman for the activities for the day first thing in the morning.• Shall monitor any delays and advances in fabrication and installation of precast panels.• Responsible for final inspection of prior to concrete pouring.• Shall coordinate with the Project Engineer for the volume of concrete needed and schedule of concrete pouring.
