I have served on the Board of Directors and as an Officer since the Company’s inception and I was elected as Chairman of the Board on July 1, 2013 and I was appointed as the Company’s CEO on July 1, 2013 and I am considered a promoter of the Company. I currently hold the Florida 215 Health, Life and Variable Annuity License. I am responsible for the supervision of all financial activities as well as all mergers and/or acquisitions HAE may effect. I brings close to twenty plus years of financial experience as well as extensive management training and experience to my positions with HAE.HAE, founded in March 2009, is a holding company which, through its subsidiaries is principally planning to become an independent power provider(s) (“IPP(s)”) focused on utilizing hydrokinetic, hydroelectric and other power development sources to generate electric power worldwide, safely, cost-effectively, reliably and profitably, with minimal to no ecological impact. Our business model provides for utilizing our own proprietary technology, identifying and locating existing and new technologies, and, when appropriate, partnering with others, for our power development and generation needs.The Company's operations are organized and managed through its two main divisions; Hydrokinetic and Hydroelectric.
