I am Tony, a writer, and a virtual assistant.As of 2022, I have begun my freelancing career and have produced blog posts for a website as a ghostwriter and created social media posts for a local food business to boost sales and engagement. Additionally, I worked as a staff writer and editor for a university-wide student journal throughout college, which helped me develop my work ethic and writing abilities. As a broadcasting major with a bachelor's degree, I've been involved in studying communications and try to apply it to everything I do.I have worked in customer service for a financial and food delivery app account for a total of over four years. In both accounts, I was able to pick up new skills quickly and adjust to the environment in which I was chosen for the position of taking on supervisory responsibilities for escalated customer service issues that we try to resolve. Additionally, I have multi-skilling experience and have received training in email, chat, and phone assistance.My goal is always to help improve things for the better and employ myself in varied tasks to provide success for every outcome.
