I have 2 year's experience in a busy gastroenterology ward as Health Care Assistant (HCA) and most recently Trainee Nursing Associate (TNA), throughout this time I have developed expertise in caring for patients with different conditions, such as Palliative, gastroenterology, diabetes, retroviral, End of life, and substance misuse. There is extended knowledge gained from working with Bank Partners this includes working in A&E, caring for patients with Delirium and Dementia, Violence and Aggression, and Mental health. I have acquired a lot of clinical competencies and understanding which had given me an increased interest to want to continue a long career in this field of nursing.I have excelled in my duties very quickly within King's College Trust, and this was recognised by my line manager who has given me extra responsibilities to share and educate the whole team with any information that may support them and training opportunities we can take part in. I was nominated and in the top 5 of England for Health Care Support Worker Of the Year 2022. Having experience as a leader and HR learning and development I have a desire to learn and share my learnings.
