I am responsible for the service delivered to AXA PPP healthcare’s portfolio large corporate clients. I have 4 direct reports, who manage 4 teams of Corporate Account Co-ordinators, based in our Tunbridge Wells, Leeds and Glasgow offices, comprising of 35 team members. My team provides full, day-to-day, account support and service to AXA PPP healthcare's portfolio of large corporate clients. These corporate clients cover the full spectrum of industry sectors and include many large multi-nationals and globally recognised brands. We work with our corporate clients, both directly and through intermediary relationships, covering the full range of AXA PPP Healthcare's health and wellbeing products.

I am responsible for the management, retention and development of a portfolio of large corporate clients; working with them consultatively, to devise, implement and develop a health and wellbeing strategy which meets the specific needs of their business.

Responsible for sales of £21m per year and a salary budget of £1.7mLine management responsibility for 18 managers and a total headcount of approximately 200 colleagues in 20 locations across the South East. Full Profit & Loss accountability.Responsibilities included sales target delivery, project management, customer service delivery, new store opening projects, performance management, appraisals, personal development plans, succession management and recruitment.The position required the ability to lead a team of managers to achieve on target sales, through the delivery of outstanding customer service and exceptional operational standards.
