Ensure a whole systems approach is undertaken in relation to the ongoing development of the service.Work alongside SCAS to ensure appropriate shift capacity reflects demand, ensuring value for money in addition to ensuring the rostering system operates with agility to ensure dynamic responses of changing shift demand profiles to meet both the service requirements and management of cost of serviceThe Rostering service will also offer consistent and effective service, liaising and working closely with other teams and partners to understand and respond to changes in requirements of the system, monitor minimum and maximum clinical capacity booked on individual shifts and liaises with partners to ensure appropriate operational decisions are made and the CCAS service provision aligns to the demand and needs of patients.
