I am an experienced risk professional who excels in leading practical business improvements through the identification, assessment and mitigation of material business risks.As a risk manager I help business understand and elevate its management of strategic and operational risks in the support of its business goals. I do this by providing transparency and assurance to executive management on the existing risk profile of their business; highlighting and prioritising the gaps and issues with their existing risks management frameworks; and providing better-practice solutions appropriate to the size and complexity of the business.In my roles I have managed constructive collaborations across a variety of business areas to deliver effective and innovative solutions that have improved governance, supervision, risk, compliance and resourcing frameworks. This includes, training over 300 risk analysts and managers to ensure effective and consistent supervision across Australia's regulated financial industries. I have created process improvements that have led to 25 per cent efficiency dividends on key business activities.
