ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*Purchase all merchandise for retail sale *Identify and police re-order levels for all merchandise in an effort to increase and maximize company profitability in relation to “inventory turns”.*Administrate merchandise levels in relation to maximizing warehousing efficiency and space management.*Identify new models and merchandise for sale.*Negotiate manufacturer pricing in an attempt to maximize profitability.*Establish & regulate merchandise Point of Sale information. Includes all data entry for inventory computer item files. Includes creating individual item entries into computer system.*Reconcile all merchandise receipts. Includes authorization of all merchandise invoicing for payment.*Inventory reconciliation on all inbound merchandise receipts.*Design and production of in store price pages and price tags.*Main point of contact for all consumer warranty claims.*Schedules all in home inspections for warranty assessment*Coordinates all information to and from respective manufacturers for warranty claim decision making.*Liaison for any and all manufacturer warranty claim approvals and denials.*Write and enforce basic and specific company policy.*Reply and rectify customer complaints.*Reply to any 3rd party agency complaint filings.*Represent company in court proceedings.*Oversee general store appearance and merchandising in all locations.*Design and administer Sales Associate profitability and performance reporting.
