Responsible for all facets of Project Management for large telecommunications projects with revenues >$1M in the government and education sectors located in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland and Washington D.C. Reported to the Vice President of Operations for Mid-Atlantic States with varied responsibilities including, training development projects, budget and cost reductions and employee work process development. Developed and planned design for several Training Centers throughout the Mid-Atlantic.

Planned and implemented SONET, ATM and SS7 Projects, in the Mid-Atlantic States. Used PMI principals while leading medium sized cross functional teams. Worked closely with customers and other stakeholders to communicate progress and identify changes.
