Responsible for business acquisition negotiation, contracts and business integration. Involved in helping business with Contracts, financial and investment analysis, security investigations. Changed role 2004 to Auckland Branch Manager.

Managed entire operations for Chep for 6 years. Taking the company through massive change in culture from a private ownership (Freightways) with underinvestment in systems and infrastructure - through to corporate ownership by Brambles in 1997. As well as day-to-day management of the national branch network (27 sites) with about 180 staff and agents. Also.

Joined company in a temporary accounts role while on OE. Ended up staying for 5 years through a variety of roles finally running 2 food production plants with over 100 staff, reporting to the MD.
