Additional responsibilities include overseeing all Engineering Projects such as designing and installing a 1.2 million dollar Chiller System for two of the properties saving 1.1 million dollars per year in energy reduction. Also, instrumental in compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations. This year will be the first year since 2005 the Resort will make money and is forecasted to exceed 4 Million next year.
