With over 18 years at executive level I have gained valuable knowledge focused on team building, property management, asset management, engineering operations, project management and pre-opening. Working directly under resort owners and top-level general managers has established me as a trusted and valued Facilities Management expert.I have held the position as general manager, avp of engineering, property operations director, director of engineering, facilities manager, and mechanical manager. I have managed union properties as director of engineering, and have managed 90 plus operational team members and 200 plus project contractors. Major accomplishments include pre-opening of a two-story business complex, total remodel of 64 villas, extension of a 1,500 square meter casino, built and pre-opened kids adventure park and splash pad, renovated and rebranded a 224-room resort and was a team member in the first underwater sea villa in the world.I have a strong analytical and planning background and enjoy being one step ahead through hard work and setting up proper standard operating procedures. Also, instrumental in compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations. This year will be the first year since 2005 the Resort will make money and is forecasted to exceed 4 Million next year.

This year I have reduced overhead by $339,000 by renegotiating generation fuel contracts and maintaining prime power plants saving up to $25,000 per month; designing and converting a Diesel / LPG boiler system to run on used vegetable oil saving up to $5,000 per month; water usage negotiations and conservation saving $3,500 per month and converting high wattage lighting to LED saving $1,700 per month.
