CurrentMark has extensive experience providing aviation planning, design, environmental, and project management services and technical analysis to airports ranging from large hub commercial service to single runway general aviation airports. His planning experience has included airport master plans, airport layout plans, activity and demand forecasting, feasibility studies, on-call planning services, facility planning studies, environmental studies, and airspace studies. His engineering services have covered runway, taxiway, and apron engineering; roadway and parking lot engineering; airfield and terminal design; and airport development programs.Mark has served as project manager for numerous airfield development projects. He has been responsible for engineering design and oversight and coordination of each component of the project. Specifically, projects have included runway and taxiway extensions and rehabilitations, new apron constructions, parking lot expansions, fencing replacements, and roadway constructions.Mark has led numerous master planning projects, and has extensive experience on activity and demand forecasting, fleet mix projections, development of design day schedules, runway length and facility requirements analyses, and ATCT siting and airspace analyses.Mark has developed a thorough understanding of airspace and airfield requirements and limitations through extensive use of TERPS, FAR Part 77, and FAA design criteria. He has utilized this expertise on numerous TERPS airspace hazard and zoning assessments to assess potential airfield modifications and/or proposed facility developments on or near airports.
