A secondary school for over 1,700 students aged 11 to 18. Reporting to various Heads of Department, responsibilities include delivering several subjects to main school, sixth form and SEND students including Work Skills, Health and Social Care, Customer Service, Business Admin, Marketing, Travel and Tourism, Geography, History, English, PE, DT and IT. Serve as form tutor to students from Year 7 to Year 11.Major Achievements:• Created systems which became established and continue to be used throughout the school after developing Google Classrooms usage including Google Forms for assessment design.• Championed youngsters challenged by school life structure and style through personal engagement, imaginative teaching styles, work experience placements, extra-curricular activities, events and trips. • Helped disengaged students realise their potential by learning about and building on their personal interests and aspirations.• Recognised with regular positive feedback from students, parents and colleagues regarding teaching effectiveness and positive impact on individual student achievements and well-being.• Maximised versatility by delivering results across a broad range of subjects, including those with limited previous experience.
