• Manage day-to-day activities involving owners, contractors and HOA Boards.• Work with Board management to identify, develop and implement community goals.• Direct enforcement of all community rules and restrictions• Oversee building restoration projects after Storm Uri freeze storm damages to FSS systems.• Review and approve all invoices• Manage vendor relations• Manage bid process for new vendors, review proposals, and make recommendations to Board as appropriate. • Handle owner complaints and work until all are resolved.• Advise Architectural Control Committee and make recommendations as appropriate.• Assist Association committees as needed. • Prepare monthly statements including income and expenses.• Develop annual budgets, manage day to day implementation of budget. • Oversee building projects and create monthly management reports• Organize, attend and direct HOA meetings• Prepare Association newsletters and other homeowners communications.
