Develop, Manage, coach and train North American Sales Force with crossover responsibility with Global Sales Force. "Happy & Healthy" motto.Design & implement strategic & tactical sales initiatives to achieve growth objectives with a team philosophy.Build North American brand and strengthen global brand through new marketing designs, websites and sales tools.Promote and enhance Novasol values, culture and sales techniques with Product Managers, global sales teams to drive progress of a robust/attractive product portfolio.Promote Company interests at relevant Trade shows, fairs, specialty conferences/conventions, and other sponsored events in support of Novasol's North American & Global growth objectives.Proactively develop annual sales projections and forecasts, striving for results that meet or exceed Novasol's Strategic Plan targets.Aggressively pursue Revenue growth & develop new relationships with vendors/principals and customers. Product Management defining forecasts, applications, industries, cost models and coordinate new product releases.Propose strategic partnerships through distribution, producers and core customers producing a balanced business model .Implementation of CRM or similar tools to drive/support Sales efficiency & transparency .Establish a tool providing market feedback on competitor pricing specific to regions/countries, global feedstock's, and successes.Implementation and Management of KPIs to track business.Assume lead role in closing contracts with customers and vendors "key wins" while drawing on additional functional & management support to secure successes.Provide continuing benchmarking & knowledge of the North American and Global markets (feedstock trends, competitors, new technologies/products, ect.)Work cross functionally with Novasol's European and Chinese leadership to drive business process improvement, growth, and expansion of our business inline with Strategic Plans.
