• Managed the $40 million construction and development of a new 123,000 square foot facility including the demolition of a smaller existing facility, completed on time and under budget and executing a seamless move.

• Reengineered the Food Bank’s Volunteer department, increasing volunteer involvement by 30 percent in two years.
