We take time to understand our client’s vision, challenges and goals; thus, helping them to tailor an appropriate staffing model to achieve business targets.Responsibilities:Engage in Business to Business sales with new and existing clients for supplemental staffing or long-term consulting engagements in the fields of Information TechnologyEffectively recruit and hire the best qualified candidates by performing life cycle recruiting to include: sourcing, face-to-face/phone interviewing potential technical and non-technical candidates.Confer with managers to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Prescreens candidates and manages and coordinates all communication with candidates. Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers. Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of The Recruiting Policy and Procedures Guide. Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
