Project ManagerInternational Planned Parenthood Federation Jan 2003 - Feb 2005London, GbProject managed the technical deliver of a customised multi-lingua enterprise resource planning (ERP) web-based software tool. In particular I oversaw the Arabic re-write of the user interface and multi-lingual architecture required to enable this in the early days of the internet when internationalisation was not as established. This was developed by a dispersed software and translation team working across multiple continents and was implemented in over 120 countries. It included extensions to manage reproductive health consumable supply chains, global policy and formal accreditation of membership of the wider federation. Beyond the technology I led, trained and supported the global roll-out of this ERP tool that is still inj use today. -
