Direct oversight and ownership of all corporate creative assets including print, digital, trade show booth graphics, advertising & promotional assets. Partnered with internal resources, marketing and business units, as well as external creative partners and printers, to ensure creative projects met the needs of the organization and the vision and standards for the brand. Ensured consistency of brand look, voice and tone across all touch-points, including printed collateral, digital, retail, trade show and events. Developed and maintained visual brand guidelines across media. Worked with stakeholders across the organization to directly deliver design products and solutions.Created and managed the production of the 400-plus page annual product catalogSelected service providers and mapped out a stylistic direction to create environmental imagery for 2,500-unit product line with ever-changing finishes and designs. Reviewed style boards to determine colors, textures, and materials to produce beautiful presentations across website, social media, printed collateral, and trade show graphicsShot, assembled and edited video footage for use with the Symmons University LMS system and on YouTube. Set up shooting location with professional lighting, camera, and audio recording equipmentDeveloped and launched printed marketing collateral pieces such as the Collections brochure and the Hospitality and Multifamily Solutions catalogs. Obtained image assets and designed assets using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
