Accountable for delivering medium size client engagements; involving managing the end-to-end project delivery from initial client interaction, scoping and requirements gathering, through to producing specifications, configuring software, testing, implementation and transition. Responsibilities include:Consultancy:• Leading a Research and Fact Find consultancy phase at the Project Initiation and Design stage, whereby the AS-IS is uncovered and analysed; options for a TO-BE are discussed and developed in to a realisation plan via Project controls• Establishing a partnership with clients to ensure a collaborative effort in instilling good processes and best practice in to their organisation, which complies with FSA regulations• Constantly evaluating the evolving technological developments and industry standards (including legislation changes) against clients’ needs.• Working closely with FSA qualified SME’s and as well as maintaining a good level of understanding and working knowledge of the Reward and Benefits sector of Financial Services industryProject Management:• Managing scope, budget / financials, communications, monitoring and reporting against targets and customer satisfaction• Developing project plans, setting milestones, coordinating internal/external resources to ensure project delivery• Successfully delivering tasks / activities such as preparing business analysis and functional specifications; working with technology on the design, build and configuration of the systems; preparing, coordinating and executing test scripts and test cases• Leading and managing teams of resource• Establishing firm relationships internally and externally, with particular emphasis on ensuring the experience of engaging with the Project Delivery Team and the wider Thomsons business exceeds client’s expectations• Mentoring and providing guidance to Associate members and contributing to peer and practice development

Improve and streamline the internal processes of Rama Group, including information management, knowledge sharing, marketing, sourcing, purchasing, supply-chain management and internal audits.• Completed an internal audit for the first half of 2009 for the JanSport & Eastpak bag production.• Designed, created and implemented a purchasing & consumption system for the start-up of JanSport & Eastpak bag manufacturing. • Reduced production lead-times by improving the efficiency of material ordering and tracking. • Created cross-departmental synergy by consolidating bag information flow into one system. • Personally recruited to work on Lewré/Rama Shoe joint venture by Lewré CEO. Team tasked with executing complete business plan (concept to launch) for new lifestyle brand “LéV”.• Project Leader of Rama Flooring. Assigned to design and create original EVA Flooring, establish a diversification strategy and source customers.• Worked closely with Adidas, presenting company profile and leading meetings, to secure them as a new customer for Rama Group.• Planned the systematic migration of the RAMA's computer systems from Windows to Linux (Ubuntu).• Led a team of three analysts to create a company wide system to control raw material purchasing for polymer manufacturing. Developed Key Business Drivers to measure the new system, showing raw material waste reduced 30%.

Reorganize the company's information assets. This includes but is not limited to:• Designed, created and implemented a Supplier Database containing supplier, products and trends information using File Maker Pro. Now the sole tool used in the purchasing department for recording information and sourcing alternate suppliers.• Designed a central warehousing program to improve Customer Supply Chain by assessing information flow and storage techniques. Goal to give multiple departments access to warehouse stock.• Evaluated cost effectiveness of building Innovation’s own warehouse and found appropriate land.• Designed the warehouse layout and racking system using CAD. • Improved efficiency of six existing warehouses through the reorganisation of stock.• Organised and planned the Innovation Group Summer School, to recruit university interns.• Created a website using Dreamweaver to advertise the Summer School.• Created an Annual Customer Seminar to improve public relations by promoting Innovation’s culture.

Summer internship, where I personally: • Designed, created, and implemented an efficient mould ordering and billing system. • Organised meetings between both companies involved to gain consensus and acceptance.• Developed, documented, and supervised a training course explaining the new system.
