Responsible for supporting the Foundation's strategic business goals through research, prospect management, digital marketing strategy development, segment creation, analytics and biographical management of the Foundation's CRM. Lead a department of 11 that is focused on leveraging data to contribute to building and maintaining donor/prospect relationships, pipeline development for major gifts, and strengthening connections to the University. Provide structure and vision to the fundraising and engagement process by way of strategic analysis of prospecting tools, pipeline development, and the ideation and presentation of actionable research, analytics, and dashboards.
