I have over 20 years of Corporate Finance experience across the full spectrum of corporate finance services including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity fund raising, financial modelling, transaction support and AIM flotations.I focus on company disposals, management buyouts and private equity fund raisings in the mid-market with typical deal sizes in the range of £5m - £50m across all sectors but with particular experience in manufacturing, technology, recruitment, transport, healthcare and business services.In providing transaction advice, I draw on my extensive transaction services and capital markets experience that includes over 20 successful AIM admissions as well as providing due diligence for purchasers, private equity and banks to protect value for our clients and help processes run as smoothly as possible.I assisted the management of a large charity on the £200m disposal of their trading activities including assistance with financial modelling, sales documentation, and liaising with other advisors, prospective buyers and due diligence providers, giving experience of a transaction from our client’s perspective.I have also reviewed large, complex financial models and helped to build simpler ones.
