IT Support, as part of a team of two, for 140 end users at a construction company specialising in building care homes. Servicing head office (Cardiff), 20 active construction sites (all over the UK), one Southern region office (Suffolk), timber frame factory (Ebbw Vale) and a design office (Malvern). My role often involves travelling to sites and satellite offices to setup IT hardware and software as well as telephone and face-to-face support. I was responsible for succesfully re-structuring the department's design facility in line with ISO standards (although the company was not ISO accredited).
