Building Operations Manager
Currentrepair, maintain, install machines, tools, and equipment to insure continuous operation.*performs maintainable activities on utility systems to supply steam, heat, electric power gas, or air as required for operations.*communicate with business units and/or tenant occupancy, as required.*review/respond to work orders to determine work priorities. Schedule or perform repairs, maintenance, and installation of machine, tools and and equipment to ensure continuance of operations.*developed preventative maintenance program in conjunction with engineering and maintenance staff.*reviews production, quality control, maintenance reports and statistics to plan and/or modify maintenance activities. *inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.* plans, develops, and implements needed methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.*requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations, and conduct periodic inventory of same.*directs training and indoctrination of workers to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. (OSHA, etc)
