I work hard to foster a climate of innovation, creativity, and change I focus on possibilities & solutions rather than impossibilities and problems. I have a values driven work ethic focused on doing the right things rather than simply just doing things right. A champion team builder I coach individuals and the team’s effort every day to build alignment on mission, values & goals.  I recognize and celebrate achievements and success I recognize the value of excellence in communication, I do what I say and say what I do. I am an enthusiastic optimist with a focus on possibilities rather than impossibilities and problems. I have high expectations of self and others; I expect the best from individuals and the team. I have learned both the value and the price one pays for excellence. One who overcomes adversity I have come to value resilience as an essential part of leadership. A committed lifelong learner I recognize that the most valuable asset I will ever have is my mind and what I put in it. I have had the opportunity to lead teams in the development of customer solutions in the areas of e-commerce, integration, supply chain & learning management systems.
