At the Chicago flagship location for Cole Haan, I work in the fast paced environment catering to those looking for stylish and comfortable footwear. Along with maintaining key KPIs in sales metrics, I was ranked as one of the top 25 sales associates in the company. Customer Service and product knowledge is key in the high profile Magnificent Mile location.

New Era opened their first midwest flagship location in Chicago to expand brand recognition on a retail level. Hired as floor manager, my role was to monitor employee productivity, act as lead cashier, and most importantly serve as brand ambassador to customers. Later, responsibilities were overseeing store social media pages, and utilizing them for marketing and customer growth and retention. Other roles included special events coordination and facilitation.

In 2012, Carhartt added their second company owned retail store to the Chicago Market. Brought on as an experienced new store opener, I headed up store merchandising, outreach, and served as first point of contact to customers and employees in need. Paid constant attention to customers and focus on growth to attain sales standards and projections.
