Enterprise Programme Director, Governance
CurrentEnterprise Governance responsibilities:Stakeholder engagement and management across Auckland Transport Providing Governance support and advice across the business, including Capital Portfolio Steering groups, Capital Investment Committee, by building capability and awareness of governance amongst leaders and decision makers and by providing independent quality control and assurance.Reviewing the Auckland Transport Governance Framework, mapping the current governance functions within the framework to ensure it is fit for purpose, making recommendations for improvement and leading a review of the Investment Portfolio Steering Groups and Investment Committee Compiling the Enterprise Governance reporting, including the Statement of Intent (SOI) measures and executive business reporting on behalf of the CEO for the AT Board and the Auckland Council Transport and Infrastructure committee.Improving the CE's Board reporting by significantly reducing the content by re-focusing the reporting on governance content.Developing the SOI Measures and Deliverables dynamic reporting using Power BI and removing duplication in reporting across the business.Reviewing the current governance reporting framework and mapping all current reporting and performance metrics for a full governance framework review. Programme Management of the AT Statement of Intent deliverables by developing a process and system for the Executive Leadership Team and wider business to track their deliverables and enable governance reporting of at-risk activities to the ELT and the AT Board.Programme management of the yearly SOI process to better enable clarity on the linkage of SOI deliverables to the AT Strategies.Establishment of the Climate Change and Sustainability enterprise portfolio and the portfolio deliverables.
