I recently graduated Cum Laude from the University of Houston-Downtown and received my Bachelor's of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. I collaborated on several group projects and completed much of my course-work in a remote setting. I also worked a remote and hybrid schedule during the pandemic. These experiences concreted the self motivation and remote team building skills I wish to utilize in my next position. Prior to completing my education, I acquired 14 years of experience in the Multi-Family Housing Industry. Moreover, I held positions as an admitting clerk, scheduling and verifying insurance coverage, a refund processor, researching and securing data needed to process payments, and a ward clerk, entering doctors' and nurses' notes and orders as well as medication orders at St. John Hospital. I've also worked in retail store manager, and as a fullcharge bookkeeper and office manager.I have consistently found fulfillment in educating and aiding others from a customer support viewpoint. The ability to facilitate comprehension of workplace processes and assist in achieving immediate objectives or resolving ongoing challenges has been gratifying.This gratification has cultivated my aspiration to transition into a career more distinctly centered on training and customer success, and less toward sales.
