Outside Sales at Ferguson Enterprises, involved in the commercial and mechanical sector of our business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to- • Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and assigned customer account list, while working with other branch associates to ensure satisfaction with our products and services. Involvement from the customer inquiry all the way through ordering, delivery and beyond.• Identifies and actively pursues new business opportunities to expand the current customer base by working with management in developing sales strategies and new account targeting.• Perform various duties including product quotation and problem resolution.• Analyze competition in territory, devise sales strategy, and communicate sales strategy to management.• Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field.Outside of work I enjoy exercising, golfing, hiking, skiing, and attempting to be a grill master.. When it is time to relax you can find me supporting my local college and professional sports teams, and of course my alma mater, the University of Idaho.
