RewardPay is a B2B payments & loyalty business focused on payment aggregation/ facilitation.As RewardPay's CEO I lead all company functions including strategy, sales, culture and operations.

Relocated to the USA due to a promotion to take on this global role. A member of the company's Senior Leadership Team with responsibility for the strategic sales direction of the company, with a specific focus on sales enablement and performance. Primarily brought into this role to re-set the Sales and Partnership functions for Accertify globally & build a sustainable & high-performance framework for the future. Key Accomplishments:• Instrumental in successfully merging the Accertify & InAuth businesses.• Responsibility for Sales operations across USA, LAC, APAC and Japan (38 FTE across 6 countries).• Responsibility for entire business operations (beyond Sales) in the APAC & Japan region.• Deployment of a new sales training curriculum/methodology to the global sales organistion & implementation of sales activity/ performance monitoring tools for the purposes of coaching and reporting.• Set-up and recruitment of a newly formed global partnerships team.• Executed a highly profitable global reseller deal with one of the world’s largest credit card schemes.• Executive sponsor for the build and successful launch of “Accertify Digital Identity” product which is currently the company’s fastest growing product.• Pivoted Accertify to focus on the financial services sector & led the build and launch of Accertify’s Merchant Monitoring product, with sales to some of the world’s largest bank Acquirers.

Hired to commence the Accertify business in the APAC/ Japan region. As General Manager I was responsible for all aspects of the businesses including strategy, sales, marketing and business operations. During my tenure the business grew significantly and became the market leader in Australia and Japan. Promoted to VP, Sales at Accertify from this role & relocated to Chicago, USA.Key Accomplishments:• Reported to the President of Accertify.• Opened new offices in Australia, Japan & Singapore.• Grew the Accertify business in the APJ region to 17 heads and substantial profitability.• Launched InAuth device ID business across the APJ region (follow the acquisition in 2017).• Founded and chaired the Australian Online Fraud Forum (attended by over 100 Australian companies). This body remains the pre-eminent online fraud prevention forum in Australia. • Signed deals with a commanding share of the enterprise customer segment across the APJ region. Industries include Financial Services, Airline, Travel, Ticketing, Retail, Online Gambling, Marketplaces & Transportation. • Awarded the President’s award for outstanding leadership in 2016.• Awarded the Chairman’s award for outstanding performance in 2017.• Annual achievement against target: FY 2014. 98%, FY 2015. 128%, FY 2016. 116%, FY 2017. 138%.

In May 2015, in conjunction with several blue chip Australian online retailers I established the Australian Online Fraud Forum. This industry group organises and runs events twice yearly aimed at facilitating an ongoing discussion about online fraud prevention, and associated techniques and technologies to combat it. This has become the preeminent online fraud prevention industry body in Australia.

Promoted to this role following a successful two years with American Express. Responsibility for leading a team of acquisition specialists to grow American Express Business to Business segment billings across the Australia/ New Zealand territory. Key Accomplishments:• Managed a team of 6 FTE.• Grew B2B business in Australia to $7 BN, 15% of American Express billings in Australia.• Implemented closed loop B2B card program with large national hardware business.• Designed and implemented unique financing & loyalty programs across key industries which drove rapid growth.• Annual achievement against target: FY 2009. 144%, FY 2010. 100% FY 2011. 94%, FY 2012. 136%, FY 2013. 210%.
