Technical Account Lead / Senior Systems AdministratorI am the primary technical point of contact within two of Nostra's main customers, helping to plan and oversee ongoing operations. Collaborating in application troubleshooting, network, database, and architectural challenges, improving the technical delivery of service and identifying opportunities to improve the service being delivered to our customers from a technical perspective. Responsibilities: Technical lead, incident management escalation, support team mentoring, service delivery, incident analysis and driving implementation of corrective actions. I provide reports to both customers and the service management team on high profile incidents and preparation of service level KPI’s.
