Wasoko allows merchants to place orders through a mobile app with free same-day delivery of a wide range of FMCG products to restock their stores and offers them working capital financing to help them grow their business. Wasoko works with tens of thousands of merchants across East & West Africa while partnering with companies such as Unilever and Procter & Gamble on the supply side.As the Director of Program Management, he works within the Technology organization to own and execute on key strategic growth initiatives that require cross-disciplinary collaboration, manage process efficiency efforts across the organization, and oversee Wasoko's product marketing, training and go-to-market initiatives.

- Owned and executed Andela’s partnership strategy as it relates to new talent-facing insurance product offerings- Developed a detailed partner selection criteria and led negotiations with new partners across legal terms, commercial relationship, revenue share agreement, and tech integration needs- Oversaw a cross-functional team across finance, legal, product marketing and operations to deliver new offerings- Launched the development of a completely new product offering for Andela’s global talent network, forming partnerships with 4 leading insurance providers to bring health and auto insurance offerings to 8 African markets- Established foundational performance tracking metrics for different marketing channels and managed the design of a new talent benefits marketplace which would live on Andela’s new talent-facing platformAndela was founded on a simple truth: Brilliance is evenly distributed, but opportunity is not.
