Primary role is to process confirmed sales from contracts or deal memos into a variety of systems to trigger downstream events and activities.Working closely with the Sales and Legal teams, the Deal Management are responsible for the accurate management and processing of sales into our system set; ensuring all deal data is accurately translated into the various systems including rights and terms granted, content and financials Ensure contracts are understood and accurately keyed into appropriate systems .AccountabilitiesReview and interpret legal sales contracts or deal memos to understand deal termsProcess deal terms into appropriate system set including SAP/GSAP/ SALESFORCE Perform ‘collision’ tests on deals prior to confirmation to validate availability of rightsProcessing disputed invoice raised by the account managers and customersManage deal amendments and cancellations (and re-raise as required)Monitor Digital Deals terms to ensure rights remain available, raising extension actions if required by SalesCustomer rights management including supporting rights aspects of on-boardingSupport the Deal Management Executive in validating procedures and processesSupporting Sales Account Managers in setting up customers account.Work closesly with the Tax and Credit Team to ensure all necessary requirements needed by the customer before setting up an account and proceed with ordering.Work with Sales Account Managers in terms of material/product pricing.Ensure all material price are loaded on the system. Making all prices are accurate.Handles all kinds of dispute raised by the managers and customers.Working with all kinds of reports needed by the Account Managers.

Sources resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites, etc.Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews.Sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Makes recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.
