About Mark Helme

A Consultant who has worked for over 40 years for clients in Europe and the US on the strategic use and management of Information technology. After 7 years with Nolan, Norton and Co. (acquired by KPMG as their IT strategy arm in 1987) I joined CSC immediately before a period of massive growth. Apart from client work (for example as Managing Director of CSC Index Germany) I became European Vice President responsible for strategic development, which involved lots of European M&A, as well as providing support to major outsourcing bids. In 2000 I was one of 6 people who founded Differentis Ltd, a UK-based management consultancy. We concentrate on helping clients determine what is really important in the way they think about, manage, and deploy IT, so as to further their business interests and objectives most effectively.Specialties: aligning IT strategies with business goals, supplier negotiation, organizational development, due diligence, audit reviews, IT Operating Models, the Consumerisation of IT, measurement systems.On 2021 I joined Prometheus Endeavor, a US based Think Tank
