Consulting Delivery Manager
CurrentAs a seasoned Portfolio and Programme Owner, I lead a suite of IT transformation programmes embedded within Soho House Finance IT, working directly with the Heads of Enterprise systems and Internal Audit. My role encompasses two critical programs:1. Enterprise Finance Systems: * Day-to-day ownership and management of the Enterprise Finance Systems backlog. * Oversight and ownership of the delivery teams * Prioritisation and planning of backlog, ensuring agreement with senior leadership. * Cross-functional team management. * Reporting of outcomes to senior leadership.2 ITGC SOX Controls: * Responsible for the team delivering and rolling out IT General Controls (ITGC) within the business. * Collaboration with internal and external audit teams to analyse, deliver, and remediate SOX ITGC controls.* Planning, orchestration and delivery oversight of the ToD for all ITGC controls * Ensure the IT controls deliver reliability, integrity, and security of Soho House’s financial reporting to the stock market.Key Responsibilities:* Account Management: Maintain strong Soho House relationships and manage account finances.* Programme Leadership: Guide Finance IT and ITGC SOX projects, aligning with business requirements and strategic objectives.* Consultant Oversight: Vet, manage, and mentor consultants, ensuring performance.* Backlog Management: Direct the backlog via Scrum/Jira, prioritising tasks and resources.* ITGC Monitoring: Track ITGC controls, working with Internal Audit for compliance.* Project Leadership: Deliver Finance IT projects, managing resources and timelines.* Reporting: Communicate progress and insights to leadership.* Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional collaboration for seamless project execution.* Vendor Relations: Manage vendor partnerships, enhancing performance.
