I’m a builder at heart. I’ve held a primary role in scaling multiple "v1" tech orgs from humble beginnings to full-fledged organizations as a sourcer, full life-cycle recruiter, and team lead. I pride myself on building & fostering autonomous teams, creative branding & storytelling, leading with empathy & collaborative decision making, and flat-out getting things done in an inclusive, fast-paced environment. I'm an early adopter and extremely passionate about advancements in tech.I'm also a huge gamer and vintage video game collector, and have been since 2003 (luckily for me my incredible wife is very supportive!).
