Originally from West Virginia, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. After spending two years in the fire and life safety industry, I enjoyed nearly a decade at a specialty contracting firm, most of that time as Vice President. Despite thriving careers, my wife and I decided to pursue a lifelong dream of opening a dog daycare and boarding business in Charleston, SC. Through dedication and hard work, we transformed that business into a highly successful operation in just two years. Following the birth of our daughter, we decided to sell the business. In the process, I discovered the concept of business brokerage while working with a reputable broker who facilitated a smooth transaction and secured top dollar for our business. This experience ignited my desire to assist other business owners in achieving similar success. I acquired my SC real estate license and, three months later, came across an excellent opportunity to take over the Charleston VR franchise. I am enthusiastic about providing Lowcountry business owners with the necessary tools, resources, and strategies to ensure that they receive top dollar for their businesses through a seamless transaction.
