I was fortunate to be able to lead a fantastic team of Graphic Designers for a privately owned media advertising company. I was responsible for maintaining the branding guidelines and procedures to maximize productivity while producing and delivering the best products in our industry. Beyond the product, I also had the enjoyable responsibility of leading creatives and bringing out the best in each one of them.Names and Numbers earned the distinction of Publisher of the Year two years in a row in 2013 and 2014 by the Association of Directory Publishers. During my time there, each year Names and Numbers was active in 66 markets in 11 states throughout the midwest and northwest areas of the country. They also were competitive with mobile apps and online local search information. Over the last 40 years, Names and Numbers has grown to be a $50+ million company that publishes more than 4-million phone books annually.
