• Part of the Cerner Millennium R0 to LC1e upgrade and order-coms projects, ◦ Duties include end user and champion user training delivery and design, including developing lesson plans end user handouts and other documentation. Local design of the training domain, data load, datasets and Single Sign On smartcard role requirement design. Development and design of the training programme and schedule. ◦ Assisting the RA Manager in converting to use of ESR UIM interface. ◦ Part of a project to investigate the potential for a greater use of e-learning with-in the trust. ◦ Design and implementation of new online feedback forms for user feedback and preparation of a staff survey to identify the future direction of IT training within the Trust.

• Working on NHS projects, including; ◦ Cerner Millennium deployments with RiO projects at St. George's Healthcare NHS Trust , Trust Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospitals Foundation, Kingston Hospital ◦ RiO deployments with Richmond and Twickenham PCT, Berkshire Healthcare Foundation Trust and Avon and Wiltshire Partnership Trust • Primary duties included development and delivery of end user training both for classroom sessions and one-to-one training, and training material including e-learning, user guides, lesson plans and course outlines for both printed and intranet publication, customization of training domain, development and running of alternative go-live preparations including rehearsal clinics, floorwalking / go-live support, data backloading and help desk call triage and monitoring using the HEAT helpdesk management software.
