Network Design Services provides Cisco networking equipment hardware and services. We provide Asset Recovery, Disposition services, and alternative maintenance services.

I managed the Cisco network equipment product line. I helped Account Executives qualify and close sales of Cisco products to end users. I worked with end users to recommend LAN & WAN network equipment solutions based upon their requirements. I offered alternatives, configured the equipment, priced the equipment configuration for the Account Executive. Once the sale was made, I sourced the equipment, insured it was configured and delivered on time. I worked with the end user to resolve any technical issues relating to the sale. I worked directly with other wholesale dealers buying and selling networking equipment.

Phoenix was a Cisco Premier Partner and had a GSA IT Schedule 70 that included Cisco and IBM products. I was the GSA Contract officer for Phoenix. I managed the GSA Schedule for Phoenix and worked directly with GSA to maintain our schedule. I sold Cisco products and services directly to government agencies. I managed the Cisco partnership relationship and insured we met all the personnel, business, and certification requirements to maintain the partnership. I maintained CCDA, Cisco Certified Design Associate, and CSE, Cisco Sales Expert, certifications from Cisco. I helped Account Executives qualify, define, price, and close deals involving Cisco equipment. I worked with the end user and the Account Executive to design and configure networking solutions. Once the sale was closed, I was responsible for sourcing the equipment, getting it configured, and delivered to the customer as ordered.

Managed the IBM 3745 Front End communications controller product line. Worked with our account executives and end users on recommending and configuring IBM communications controllers. Priced the equipment for the account executive and was responsible for sourcing the equipment and insuring the equipment was delivered as ordered. Worked with IBM on managing the partnership on the 3745 product line.
