-- Led, resourced, and operationally managed over 200 civilian, military, and contractor personnel that share information, liaised with the Washington D.C.-based foreign defense attaché corps, executed DoD’s international visits program and defense intelligence partnership exchange program, managed the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Secretary of Defense counterparts visit programs, lead DIA senior leader counterpart visits, and oversee all of DIA’s international intelligence relationships.-- Operationally managed over 500 worldwide geographically dispersed civilian, military, and contractor personnel across multiple intelligence disciplines (all-source/counterintelligence (CI) analysis, counterintelligence/counterespionage, CI cyber operations, CI collection, and CI sensitive technical operations) in support of the Executive Branch, Secretary of Defense, Geographic and Functional Combatant Commands, Defense Agencies, and Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Staff.

Fort Belvoir, Virginia, United States

-- Led, resourced, and managed over 200 military, civilian, and contractor personnel serving in the U.S. Army Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Operation Center (HOC), U.S. Army CI Coordinating Authority (CICA), Cyber Support Cell, and Cover Office. Represented the U.S. Army concerning all HUMINT and CI operations and activities in support of the Secretary of the U.S. Army, U.S. Army Service Component Commands, and U.S. Army Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2. Assisted in the policy development of HUMINT, CI, cyber, and cover support at the U.S. Army, DoD, and national levels, and managed the oversight, mission management, and technical control of U.S. Army CI and HUMINT activities and operations.-- Led, resourced, and managed over 100 military, civilian, and contractor personnel serving in the U.S. Army CICA. Responsible for maintaining a centralized system of control and coordination of CI incident reporting and all worldwide U.S. Army CI investigations and operations. Provided technical control of U.S. Army CI-controlled activities (investigations, operations, and special projects) and executed worldwide mission management and coordination of CI analytical and production activities, CI technical services, and CI support to force protection.

Fort Hood, Texas, United States

Commander of a tactical Military Intelligence battalion deployed to Afghanistan. Led, resourced, budgeted for, and oversaw the training, mission execution, intelligence oversight, and equipping of over 550 Soldiers and civilians that operated the Kandahar detention and interrogation facility and Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis center and conducted tactical HUMINT collection, tactical ground-based SIGINT collection, time-sensitive targeting, and CI investigations and force protection.

Afghanistan

-- Responsible for synchronizing the intelligence warfighting function in support of global contingency operations and supervising the personnel and training readiness for over 300 intelligence personnel.-- Compartmented strategic planner in support of sensitive U.S. Army activities. Prepared strategic estimates, operational concepts, and plans, and conducted detailed assessments to ensure desired effects.-- Responsible for the coordination, synchronization, and combined planning with Afghan National Security Force and military intelligence staffs providing collaborative intelligence planning products for use in future operations in support of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

Germany

-- Led over 200 Soldiers and civilians and directed and managed the intelligence analysis and production in support of the U.S. Army and Joint Forces in the European and African theaters. In addition to all-source analysis and production, coordinated and directed single-source intelligence, including SIGINT, Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Biometrics, CI, and Human Intelligence to inform and advise senior military and national leaders of known and potential threats within the European and African theaters.-- Responsible for the management and oversight of the intelligence operations of over 1,500 Soldiers and civilians forward based in Germany that conducted all-source/multi-discipline analysis, cryptologic operations, CI, HUMINT, and SIGINT collection in support of U.S. Army and Joint Forces in the European and African theaters. In addition to operations, responsible for the intelligence training and readiness of all brigade Soldiers and civilians, including foreign language training, force management, systems integration, operations security, anti-terrorism and force protection plans, strategy, and over a $1 million training and school budget.

Iraq

Responsible for developing operational plans and orders for Multinational Forces-Iraq (MNF-I), V Corps consisting of over six divisions and over 140,000 Soldiers and civilians in the U.S. Central Command and the Iraqi theater of operations. Responsible for coordinating and synchronizing operations with the MNF-I, U.S. Embassy, Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Iraqi Ministerial staff.

Italy/Kosovo/Albania/Afghanistan/Belgium

-- Commanded a detachment of CI investigators, and CI technical operators based in NATO Joint Command South in Verona, Italy, and deployed forward to provide direct CI and force protection support to over 10,000 U.S. and NATO Soldiers and civilians from 33 countries participating in the Kosovo Forces and International Security and Assistance Forces in Afghanistan missions. Led, resourced, oversaw, and conducted sensitive CI operations, counterespionage investigations, CI technical operations, and overt CI collection activities to develop threat information, mitigate known and suspected threats, and facilitate terrorist targeting in support of U.S. and NATO commanders.-- Provided operational supervision of Joint Allied CI activities from 26 North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) nations conducted in 14 geographically dispersed locations across Europe. Supervised operational deployments, planning, and training of future operations and regularly coordinated with and briefed senior Allied and U.S. intelligence officials.

Fort Huachuca

-- Commander of a 220-Soldier unit that trained initial entry Soldiers, Non-Commissioned Officers, and Warrant Officers to be tactically qualified EW/SIGINT and imagery analyst operators with an annual throughput of over 1,000 students. Led, resourced, and oversaw the training, professional development, discipline, billeting, health, welfare, and morale of the students and cadre while ensuring the maintenance, security, and accountability of institutional facilities, barracks, vehicles, and organizational and institutional property valued at over $30 million.-- Primary instructor for the “Intelligence Support to Brigade Operations” three-week block of instruction at the U.S. Army MI Captain’s Career Course. Developed and wrote the lesson plan for the block of instruction ensuring the instruction adhered to current doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures to train technically and tactically proficient future battalion and brigade intelligence officers.

Germany

Principle assistant to the battalion operations officer responsible for the planning and developing of operational plans for battalion deployments and training exercises. Served as the battalion battle captain, planning, integrating, and synchronizing all organic and attached Intelligence Electronic Warfare (EW)/SIGINT elements to support the Division with timely and accurate intelligence and led the planning and management of the division intelligence force modernization program while maintaining real-world contingency deployability and operational readiness.

Germany And Bosnia And Herzegovina

-- Assistant brigade intelligence officer responsible for collecting, producing, and disseminating intelligence products in support of the brigade and subordinate armor and infantry task forces. Advised the brigade intelligence officer and commander on threat order of battle, tactics, and capabilities and supervised and maintained the brigade information systems and physical security program.-- Intelligence officer for a Forward Support Battalion that conducted stability operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina in support of Operation Joint Guard. Responsible for collecting, producing, and disseminating intelligence products supporting battalion operations. Worked closely with local Bosnian officials, monitored current and potential flashpoints, and served as the force protection officer for the second-largest U.S. operations base in the U.S. sector.-
