Order input rate tripled from $30M to $90M requiring continuous management of throughput and eliminations of bottlenecks. • Designed and implemented business process improvements that increased throughput and decreased processing time. A re-engineered requisition process reduced ordering time from two weeks to two days.

As a Principal in the firm I worked with industrial equipment companies to develop a project strategy and implement CPQ configuration technology. Some of the notable companies included SPX Lightnin Mixers, Marley Cooling Towers, Gardner Denver, SPX Valves and Kendro Laboratory Products.
